The itinerary designed for all budgets and travelers. Just tell us the budget you have and we will suggest to you the best fit that will still fulfill your safari expectations in Tanzania. We will make sure your last cent gets its value with us.
We will provide a private guide to pick you at the airport and transfer to hotel in Arusha where the rest of the day is at leisure. Arusha is beautifully located beneath the slope of Mt. Meru and is a perfect place to prepare for your adventure. We will share a pre-safari briefing and perform safari checklist which include equipment, necessary documents etc.
Safari to Tarangire National Park, for game viewing. Tarangire is a small park abundant with wildlife and birdlife congregate on the Tarangire River, a permanent source of water in the area. We will have our dinner and overnight stay at Roika Tented Camp: FB.
We drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of game-drive. While looking for the birds, you may also be lucky to spot one of the vague tree-climbing lions. The park is also host of large to small mammals and birds. There are Baboons, Giraffes, Antelopes and many others. In the late afternoon we make a short journey from the park to our special tented camp.
We will have our dinner and overnight stay at Nsya Tented Camp: FB.
Safari to Serengeti National Park and enjoy en route attractions like Olduvai Gorge visit. It is within this steep sided ravine that Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made some of the world’s most important archaeological discoveries in the 1950s. The museum has evidence of our ancestors that have been dated back 2.5 million years. After lunch we will drive to Serengeti for game viewing. If the visit is made in December, January and February we will normally meet the migration with large herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle. We will have our dinner and overnight stay at Mapito Tented Camp: FB.
We have full day game viewing in the park. The guides will choose the best spotting locations for the time of year; we can spend time at the Hippo pool watching these majestic animals laze about in the cool water happily living alongside the crocodiles, watch a big pride of lions, be in the middle of the migration, sometimes surrounded by wildebeest, sometimes by zebras, which travel with the wildebeest.
The diverse wildlife and landscapes in Serengeti will provide us with the ultimate experience in game viewing, we will hopefully see all of the plain games; elephants, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, lions and it you are lucky the elusive leopard and cheetah, as well as huge amounts of interesting bird life, from the elegant secretary birds to the flightless ostrich. We will have our dinner and overnight stay at Mapito Tented Camp: FB.
We will do a game drive before heading to Ngorongoro. Ngorongoro is the only wildlife controlled area in Tanzania where both animals and people make their living. The local Masai people who graze their cattle live together with the indigenous wildlife. During the drive in Ngorongoro we have a chance to drop interact and learn Masai way of life. We will also stop at the entrance gate, where there is a chance to learn more about this fascinating volcanic landscape, we will drive around the rim of the Crater itself, and from here we can look down and see the herd of wildebeest or buffalos. Finally we descend into the crater. The crater walls provide a natural sanctuary for the animals, which means there is plenty to see: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhino and leopard (if you are lucky). The only animal you won’t see in here is a giraffe, whose long legs are unable to cope with the steeps sides of the crater. In the late afternoon we travel just outside of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. We will have our dinner and overnight stay at Crater Forest Tented Camp: FB.
